Day 11 today, not going to open the champagne yet but feel I AM ON MY NOW because I have the feeling back the last time I obstained away from gambling and that is I couldn't care less if I never gambled again ever.

I have for the last 4/5 years had a miserable Xmas, due to heavy gambling loses in the holiday period - this year is going to be different!

well done on 18 days paul, im on 60 days of not gambling i had a relapse 60 days ago and lost £600

it broke my heart to loose that money.

Just a thought, if we starve a plant of light and water it dies, what will happen if we all stopped playing on FOBT's (or any other form of gambling)?
