36 days gamble free, Well biggest test so far last night, I seen myself signing up to a online casino and nothing could stop me had no control at all, just as I was puting my bank details in, something stoped me at the last min thank God, I no now that I need to get rid of my bank card for good, happy thurs

Well what can I say, I'll of work felt down and alone and just signed up to a online casino, deposited around 1000 pound but luckily managed to get it to 2000 with withdrawimg in and out of the online casino account, feel so heart broken I've let everyone down can't even tell my Mrs as she will leave me, don't no were to turn

Don't despair, recovery can have a few false starts.

You will have learnt from this experience, (the stress of all of it ) even though you won, it will not have made you feel good.

The triangle has to be broken to help us gain strength, if you break it, it's impossible to play.

Dust yourself off, carry on, recovery is all about learning.

Thanks for the positive feedback Suzanne just feeling a bit sorry for myself and defeted I'm gonna try and start again, I couldn't make ga today unfortunately 🙁 well it was a new casino site and i don't think.my gf knows how bad this addition is as I keep telling her to control access of my bank card and she says I'm not being your baby sitter, if had no access would be fine, day 1 gamble free here we go again, urges killing me as 2k sat there ready to play with again, hard work starts x
