Feb

congratulations on 100 days ... you must be so proud. My son was 100 days last month and it made mw smile so much ... but still keep taking each day at a time as sometimes I find 'trust' still a big issue.

Take care and soon it will be 200 for you xxx

FOOD FOR THOUGHT........

Sometimes in life, you don't always get what you want by telling the truth. I discovered that on Monday, however, I still believe that "Honesty is the best policy". Thank you Mum and Dad for bringing me up with good morals.

WEEK 16. DAY 106. "It's another day, it's another "NO" (to GAMBLING).

Not in a good place at the min. Didn't get the outcome I wanted on Monday - it seemed that day, honesty was definitely not the best policy!! It's left me feeling hurt and angry all week. Hoping things can settle down for me once I get over the shock and trauma of it all

Sorry everyone for the miserable post but that's how I'm feeling right now.

Feb - Regardless of the above - still clinging on to "The Bright Side of the Road".

My friend i am sorry to read your not in a good place right now, take heart that your not making things worse by gambling, that takes huge strength.

For that well done and be proud.

Feb os sorry you are having a bad time ... but please remember how far you have come and be proud of that.

Everyone has bad times and I myself (not with gambling) have had many times that the truth has hurt, but in time it works itself out - perhaps this will be true for you that in the long term it will be for the best.

Take care and remember how far you have travelled along that wonderful recovery road, and soemtimes we are all entitiled to have bad days - I hope tomorrow will be better for you, take care Jx
