WEEK 21. DAY 144.

Another extremely busy day at work today - no let up in the near future either!! The group I was delivering to today were manic!! Never stopped for one minute. Still, they were quite funny as well so a little bit of laughter in your working day can't be bad.

WEEK 22. DAY 146. "It's another day, it's another week (of NO GAMBLING").

Can't believe another week has flown by - well actually I can really. Had a hectic week in work, meeting myself comming backwards. Still, keeps the mind busy and pre-occupied.

Payday next week. It feels so good to still have a little money in the bank leading up to it and no overdraft! Looking forward to ticking off my monthly goals again and setting some new ones.

Weather pretty miserable here but just glad It's the weekend!

WEEK 22. DAY 147.

Been reading through some diaries. They have reminded me of a few things.... - how good it is that "normality" is now entering back into my life,- people who have returned to gambling, have done so - resulting in some very negative consequences - those who have continued to strive forward in their abstinence - their lives and wellbeing are becomming better and better!! Hmmm.... The proof is in the pudding really - abstinence is definitely the way forward!!

Off to town later to take some shoes back for my mum then a browse around. Comforting to know that I still have money in my bank account as payday approaches next week. What a difference being 5 months gamble free(on Tuesday) makes!!

18TH JUNE 2013 - 5 MONTHS GAMBLE FREE TODAY.

Five months today I experienced the worst emotions ever!! Fast forward to today - the old Feb is back with a vengeance. Those three years of my life where I lost all self control, I now see like a chapter of a book which has now finished and floated away into the clouds. Life is so much better, now I have regained my self control and left gambling behind!
