WEEK 28. DAY 188. It's another week of "NO" (to GAMBLING).

Thanks to my friends for all your lovely comments. Much appreciated.

Not one thought of gambling wotsoever this week - been too busy enjoying the benefits of being gamble free and what it affords ourselves to do.

Mini goals to follow for August - helps to keep me motivated and mindful of how much life is more straightforward without gambling in it.

Take care all and be back soon.

Feb - Feeling happy and 'normal' on "The Bright Side of the Road".

Hey lady feb,

Thank, you for the post. I always smile when I read your posts, they ooze recovery and someone who is mindful of what that brings but also understands what could also happen if you make the wrong choice.

It's finding that balance of not living in the addiction but also never underestimating the power of it, and you have found that balance.

Take care, proud of you

Blonde xx

Hi Feb

Thank you so much for your kind supportive words on my diary, 3 days in and i am already feeling better again. Strange after giving up for 8 months and now stopping again after 2 weeks gambling, it feels somehow like i have jumped past some of the recovery again ! meaning my mind set has gone back to where i was after giving up for 8 months but i am just more aware of the dangers of starting again. I hope it continues, well done for gamble free progress, take care Dark Place x

WEEK 28. DAY 190 GAMBLE FREE.

Thanks lovely people.

Time for August's Mini Goals:

1. To continue to pay ALL bills.

2. To pay ALL of credit card bill ( build up credit)

3. To look back at just what/who I have paid off.

4. To write in diary at least every Saturday.

5. Oh, and to have some fun and enjoy being free from gambling!!

Short and sweet but all achievable whilst remaining gamble free.

Take care all.
