Im just sat on the bus to keep my mind occupied i thought id Start a diary tuesday day 2 gamble free . And im just off to the doctors this morning and then bit of shopping . And its creeping up on Me again the anniversary of really close Friend that commited suicide it be 6 years still never goes away i Miss him like crazy im Hoping to hear about more help later Today waiting on a phone call due to it Being new year and bank holiday .. i think once im Home to i Might keep my self occupied by giving animal Crossing ago on nintendo switch i do have an xbox but i dont really have Anyone really to play online with
Keep your mind occupied maybe start exploring other things one of things which did help me was reading books i realised i was interested in reading scfi and watching movies, gambling gets u so hooked you forget about time and other interests you enjoy to break the cylce very hard but with time things do get easier

Wednesday day 3 ive got Nothing really planned for Today i try not going into town unless i really have too go i did try and Start wilbur smith river god i starting reading first few pages it was about a slave taita anyway Today im gonna try keep my self busy get time going gonna switch on my animal Crossing game later try that for couple of hours ive gotta little interview later for a facebook group That they need helping to moderate on and help approve post that help.pass the time too if they decide im good add to there little team i know it sounds bit daft .but it will help pass the time to while im.off work .. i am actually looking forward to tommorow though im off out to a little centre where they got live singer so that Will be fun

Good stuff. Maybe find a new interest. There's an app called meet up which you could use. There are a broad number of categories. Some are free events. All are good to meet new people too. Maybe try a new sport or learn to create art. Or join a hike either with others or alone.
Well it's been while Since ive updated few weeks maybe Anyway I've try to have few weeks internet and mobile free for little break kept me self busy helping out parents playing my animal crossing xxxx went out with my friend yesterday for meal and drink was nice to catch up with him he works where I work and not seen him for month our so due to being sick so that was nice to get out I'm hoping to get to the cinema to few times . Im still gamble free I think the biggest test for me will be pay day but I'm not gonna keep my cards my dad got them so he pay my bills and give little bit spending money for my self I'm really determined not to give in .also I'm thinking about starting to build Lego I have couple of like little sets they say it's good for keeping Ur mine busy I'm Just wondering does anyone know anywhere I can get cheap Lego to build sets . Also I'm gonna try get into the chat again at some point to say hi there some really kind caring members in there I think it's fantastic how everyone there for each other alot of very helpful members that have good advice
