If you go to your own profile and selected edit profile. At the bottom it will have a selection for last day gambled. Double check you haven't got your settings to private though.
Hi roch!! Many thanks for stopping by. I am much less active on here than I used to
be as life has become quite hectic. I come on chat once a week and I am now 140 days gamble free xxÂ

Congratulations Debsy on 140 days gamble-free.
Proud of you dear friend.
Aum ?
Hello to anyone who may be reading, I am not very active and I’m sorry for that. My life has moved forward so much and I’m so happy . I don’t recognise the person I was 145 days ago but it’s very important to remember that was me and it could be again if I become complacent. I was a wreck. Agitated and angry all of the time, short with my children and cold to my partner. I don’t want to be that person again. I was deeply unhappy and that is what I remind myself if I ever have an urge. I sit down with the thought of gambling and remind myself of my past and what I want my future to look like. XxxÂ
Hi Debsy and you're right on so many counts; we look back and see the person we were and think - uh-uh, never again. Â We know we need to keep a little wary at all times to make sure we don't slip. Â You sought knowledge about your addiction and why it happened. Â It has meant your diagnosis has been focussed and prognosis bright!Â
As time goes we loosen, but never lose, the Gamcare bonds; I see this as a natural part of recovery. Some of us, like our good friend Stephen, retain closer bonds; it is a personal thing of course and whatever works, works.
Here's to a fantastic time ahead and am I right in thinking it's your birthday soon?  Life truly beginning 🙂Â
Yes @rochg it’s my birthday on the 19th. 40 beckons and I can’t waitÂ

I can totally relate Debbie, specially on the children and husband point. Gambling makes us so withdrawn. I'm so happy and content, I'm only half the days of you but I feel like I can finally enjoy my life without the need to gamble.
I'm so proud of what you have accomplished, keep doing what your doing and I'm sure you will continue to be gamble free. ?
Debsy, enjoy the last day of your 30s and the wonderful 40s that await 🙂 🙂 🙂
