200 day! This is the longest I have ever gone without gambling. I managed 6 months and then I had my relapse which is what (200 days ago) led me here to all of you. Thankyou so much for all your support. My friends . If it wasn’t for you all I don’t know where I would be x

Well I’m still gamble free. 405 days later. I won’t lie and say I never think of playing online slots because I do. However I have all it blocks in place and I’m never tempted to say “just once again for old time sake”. I’m aware of what it did to me and how far I have come.
I return to the old saying “one day at a time” and I go forward
Hello everyone and anyone who is seeing this update. It’s the 27th December 2024 and on 8th of feb 2026 I will hit 4 years gamble free. To be honest once I hit a year I never looked back. However I still class myself as an addict. I have to be aware of that but I have all blocks still in place and remain resolute. Wishing everyone all the best
