My 5th week today gambling free, has been difficult but getting there and slowly the demons are going away. Was on 210 days before relapsing but feel positive I can do this. Time to enjoy this sun whilst we can instead of a bookie or casino!Â
Well done. This year I didn't gamble for almost 8 months before the wheels fell off. I'm aiming for a year. If I can get there, maybe I'll never gamble again? I can dream can't I? Keep it up and enjoy the sun.

Good job keep it going. I was over a year before relapsing a few hours ago. Annoyed with myself for giving in so easily but just need to start again from Day 1. As you say get out in that sun and enjoy it!Â
