63 days in & things are pretty good. No major urges to gamble & IVA is set up. Finally back to work & some form of normality. Getting plenty of help for Mental Health issues & from Aquarius for my addiction. Slowly rebuilding relationships & for the first time in 30 years being open & honest in sharing my feelings.Â
I know this may sound strange but my biggest worry is things are going too well. Experience tells me something always goes wrong but the biggest test will be how I deal with it when that happens.Â
Everyone out there, be strong, look forward (not back) & share your problems. It honestly is never as bad as it seems.
63 days is absolutely flipping amazing. Well done.Â
Maybe things were always going wrong after going well because of gambling? Remember things do happen in life. Good and bad things. And when something bad happens, try not to turn to gambling as it will make it worse.Â

100% with you there. When you start itching to gamble again...and it will happen....straight away come on here and start reading. I can guarantee that several post in something will catch your attention and make you remember that it really is not a good idea to start up again.
Stay strong 🙂
I second that detrimental. I never fail to be touched by someone's story on here, it's good keeps you grounded and reminds our addicted minds that ...there is no buzz , big win...only pain suffering and hardship both to us and our loved ones. Gambling is never the answer
Affected by gambling?
