Going to keep it short. This must be the 5th or 6th thread like this iv started. Today i have to stop. I cannot keep going on like this time after time. Im starting this as somewhere to keep my thoughts and hopefully get support.
sorry its not very elaborate, iv started so many of these i dont see the point in keep on giving my life story.

Sorry to hear you are struggling. Its great to want to stop but after we fall down we need to ask ourselves what we can do differently to make stopping easier or gambling harder. What can you try different this time? How did you manage to gamble and what blocks could have stopped that happening? Have you been able to tell anyone IRL about this to support you?
I understand you might be raw from gambling again but you can stop and there is support out there that can help you so don't get too down or be too hard on yourself. This is a tough battle, the more people you can allow to help you the better.
