Good evening,
Today is the 8th day since I last gambled. But what I want to know is weather that is down to me having no money and no access to any anymore. Or weather it’s because I know if I do I’ll lose my house, girlfriend and young baby. In a way I want to test myself, but in a way I’m terrified of what might happen. I know this is a long long journey and I’m only starting out.
Any tips/advice would be greatly received.

Appreciate the quick reply, my girlfriend knows the extent of my debts as this all came out a few months back (I just lied about the reason for the debt until last week). I entered myself in an IVA so now the only debt is with her and my parents. I have installed the gamstop software on my phone to stop any phone activity. Roulette was my poison, horrible thing. I am awaiting face to face counseling, I have ordered the Allen Carr book that many people have reccomended.
What's your story? Are you now GF?
