I have to announce that i probably won't be able to update the challenge over the next two weeks. Going away & network will b someting tough to come by.

Another successful Friday check in. A stressful and difficult week but no gambling thoughts or urges.

Day 139 for me, checking in safe and sound. A few thoughts but no real urges. Just realised were over half way there now, 6 weeks to go, 42 days if my maths is correct. Might start counting down each week. It feels good trying to complete something and keep moving forward in my recovery.
