Right well epic fail on two counts, went to poker nights Monday and Tuesday, spent forty pounds on drink and poker, then today as I couldn't gamble online I went to the pub drunk loads and spent fifty on fruit machine, one hundred in total on drinks and gambling. Need to start again.

Hi bud you know I'm gutted but this hopfully will show you it's not just the poker. You took that away and found another way to feed the CG on you. Hope the blocks you ate planning help stop you in your tracks. Keep going we will get there one day at a time.

hi oldham and dean thnaks for ur posts ur allways here for me :), ive had a chat on netline and decided to not take out my bank card when i go out to make sure i only spend a normal amount of money that ive decided before hand. Ill also try to give the pubs a miss and go round mates houses for a drink instead of the pub. i get paid tomo but with my bank account on minus 200 i doubt ill have much for the month. over and out 🙂
Today is day four and in a day of reflection that allways comes after going back to day one. Must be stronger

well spent 3 pounds on fruit machine last night when drunk so back to day one today 🙁 its not a lot but want to keep honest with my gambling free days. only a minor setback and only spent twenty quid in the pub yesturday and twenty in pub day before. Still going to the pub a lot and playing on my poker club. going to go back to not counting poker club as gambling as i allways want to go and theres two weeks left and im third at the mo so might get a trophy fingers crossed. any advice would be much appreciated. day one tomorrow
