Ok so my names sam iv always been pretty controlled over my bets I could do the odd one and leave it at that, but in the past couple of months iv been hooked on roulette all I seem to do is thing about it. I'm lucky at the moment that my losses aren't that great but I'm always tempted to win that money back which I know I might with luck but its more likely that ill loss lots more than that.
So this is my second day with out gambling and its really really hard not to give into temptation. But iv managed by keeping my self busy.
Ill be be updating this regularly and hopefully I won't relapse.

This forum will help so much bud, i find myself reading endless amounts of post and it puts everything into prospective. We all have that connection of problem gambling here and everyone is trying to help each other. Its a good place to be.
I am only a day into my recovery, but i know this is it this time - Somethings changed and clicked into place - I just keep thinking about the future and how good it is going to be without the worry, stress, money worries and endless s**t gambling has given me over the years.
I hate gambling and what its turned me into - A lying, cheap, half the man i could be. You can beat this bro, got to think of the great future over the past.

Yea this forum is helping so much I was really tempted to bet today but even the thought of it made me want to be sick.
Iv read so much stuff on here and all gambling will bring me is stress and unhappiness.
I know that if I dident come on this site I'd still be on those gambling sites.
