Look nobody said this was going to be an easy ride did they ? .
From your post I read that your in the military ? So really you have to look on this as a battle , at least at first anyway . I believe in the services You talk of " Pi55 poor preparation " ? Well this is no different buddy ,. you need to plan for when gambling and it's urges strike and they will , a lot at first but over time as meet them head on and fight they won't come calling as often , the point is if they can't find a way in it's going to be much easier to defend your position ( Sorry mate I'm sounding like an officer now aren't I ) but you know what I mean , make sure all the blocks are in place and your access to funds is Limited , No funds , No sites = No betting ? .
It's not rocket science mate but it will make the job in hand that much easier :))

cheers for the support guys back at work now till Christmas so will be too busy to even think about gambling, went into bookies at weekend as I couldn't go online to gamble, best get my self banned from local betting shops ain't i
not been on here for a while gambled f#c@ loads of money again was having suicidal thoughts but someone intervened I think my gambling problem has caused me to have mental problems hopefully now I will get sum proper help
