Day 37 and truly on the mend sadg, thanks to you and others on this site i am getting my life back together.

Also my flu might be going soon.... no sad farewells, its been driving me mad ! still a bit heady but much better.

life begins at 40 and today is 40 days clear of this dreaded curse...... i am getting stronger by the day and looking forward to hitting 1 Year clear, now that will be a time for celebration.

Back from Finland Wednesday night and pleased to be home, still fighting this virus !

Today is 45 days clear from the devil, moving towards 2 months clear and feeling good !

Fella not too long ago you ago my friend you asked for any forum members to give support to a friend of yours Roger, who took the brave step of starting his own webpage to log his recovery.

I did and really enjoyed his imput, unfortunately his web page has not been updated in two weeks and I di recieve a personal email, to which the promise of further communication did not appear.

I am concerned for his well being

Do you have contact, just want to know he is ok??

Saturday arrives and marks 46 days clear, i really am feeling so so strong at the moment ! i cannot lie that every now and then some betting event catches my eye ATR , RUK football ! main thing is tho if i get any sort of urges i just rewind and et out of the situation, this site is also a massive help and gives focus to continuing with my recovery !

Day 48 today, steel feeling strong and no significant urges. given a tip yesterday on the horses that won at 4/1 i really didnt care at all when it won, once upon a time i would have been eaten up inside and gutted i did not back it. This is a very good sign, means i am moving on mentally.
