Self excluded from 265 bookmakers in my region, just signed up to gamblock.... and now im back on here to try and focus on eachday as it comes....
Ive been betting sporadically most weeks 3 days off 1 day on... so there has been a bit of progress made from 3 years ago, due mainly to the amount of bookies iv self excluded from.....

I took early retirement from my council job and went taxi driving for 6 months.
I soon came to the conclusion that taxi driving and compulsive gambling made a terrible combination. That horrible empty feeling when driving home after a 12 hour shift with nothing to show for it because I'd given my takings to the bookies/casino.

Yeh battled with those type of scenarios for 7 years as a cabbie.... its a bit easier now as i do nights and also im self-excluded from every shop and casino in the city...

Counselling session booked!! And a positive mindset installed for my day....
Take the dog out and then back home to chill before i go to work tonight.
