Day 20 went good pal. Had a big win in my snooker league for the team. Got a couple of big projects finished at work.
Day 21 has gone well but feel tired. Just went to take dog out for an hour walk. Similar to yourself, it’s a form of therapy for me. Those walks are helping me to think and to process things.
Keeping busy is key I feel. I’ve been focusing on helping others with my experiences and walking more. It allows me to relax and feel healthier along the way.
Keep up the good work. We’ve just done three weeks so nearly a month
CJ.
Day 22 and did some decorating today. Massive job but at least I’ve started the process. Going to take a good few coats and it’s difficult with ladders and platforms and extensions on all the rollers. Tricky space to paint but it made a few hours fly by as I tried to figure it all out.
Day 23 and been busy with few events. Bed soon.
Another weekend down, and we are closer to the month. Keep on going you are doing great 🙂
CJ.
Cheers CJ. Day 24. Fairly stressful day as I’ve got to prepare some papers for my son in relation to school. Going through all his doctors reports and alike. Got quite emotional having to relive everything he’s been through and then write applications to justify why he’s so delayed.
@Change it is nice to put focus on something else instead of yourself, albeit stressful.
Sad that your little guy is having difficulties, but with a Dad like you he should feel proud. You are doing great and you will beat this. Your boy needs his Dad and you will shine through.
Keep on smiling and you can kick this addiction like we are doing.
CJ.

Catch up with you later you be in chat?
I don’t go on chat anymore. Just stick to my diary and a few others.
Ok, so now I know I've got to check out the 'Red Shoe Diaries'.
Day 26... plodding on!
Hi. How are you feeling. 'plodding on' seems to me like boredom, struggling, frustration and pensiveness. However I get the feeling that there's a hero inside of you. A lion, a tiger, a fighter. And someone who cares. Not just about their own finance and welfare, but friends and family as well.
Gambling is a farce. Don't let it take anything more away from you.
Martin
Cheers Martin. I’m doing ok. It’s not going to be great until I’ve achived more.
Just been dancing round living room with my lad to the waterboys - the whole of the moon.
Good 80s track!
Affected by gambling?
