We're on about the same number of days. I'm on 4 now.
Sounds like we have something in common also because I have been gambling full on for the past 10 years also.
This was my first attempt in all this time to pick up the phone and seek help.
I feel great that I made that call and we will see how things go.
I feel exactly the same. Bookies play mind games more than anything.
It's like they are controlling the whole situation and they are just confusing us more and more. Till eventually our selection ends up a random one anyway.
You can win from time to time. But 99% of anything I have ever won I given back. They don't mind because the more I am playing through money the more hooked I'm getting.
It isn't needed in our life's and it makes us unhappy. Let's keep reminding ourselfs of that.
