I recently spoke to Netline on a day I was feeling down.
They mentioned I'd qualify for the free counselling again as it's been over a year since I last had a session.
It's been on my mind ever since and I'm seriously considering it. I have nothing to lose.
The reason I'm tempted set up sessions again is because I fear going back to how I was wehn gambling, I've come such a long way and knowing a misjudgement could lead me on a slippery slope again.
I don't really get urges about gambling any more I have thoughts from time to time and thats about it. I keep myself busy doing other things.
I don't know to be honest I've just had it on my mind for a couple weeks now and wanted it get it off my chest here.

Hi Conrad I think it helps to talk, so go for it if you feel the need. I've looked at some of your blog and found lots of interesting things. You seem on the right path but as wife of cg I know that may change. Just for today, get all the help you can.
Hi Conrad,
I read your blog and it was such an interesting read and very motivating. I just wanted to thank you for your help. All the best with your recovery, keep us updated with how it goes. Good Luck, jarrad.
Conrad - if you think it will help do it. As you say you don't want to go back to that horrible way of life.
