Well its day 1
I'm on a sleepover at work so I'll be at work for next 24 hours . I have spent most of the morning on my phone trying to get a loan to cover my rent and repair the damage from yesterday . Even though I am at work I still have that evil voice in my head saying deposit the ВЈ300 you have you could easily make up the other £200 needed. It go so bad I canceled my debit card so I couldn't use it online . Can't help but worry about raising the money for rent

Hi and welcome to the forum, where you are with like minded folk who are all on the same journey.
I'd say you are in a pretty good place at the moment (I know you will think WHAT) but you are, because you can't get any credit.
This is now a good time to draw a line, let the money go and start a new life where you do win every day.
If you had got credit today, would you have paid your rent etc, or would that have been more fuel to feed your gambling and leave you in a worse mess.
You have the chance now to starve it, you can make arrangements to pay your rent,without borrowing, chances are it would not have got paid anyway, and you would have dug yourself in deeper.
