I was supposed to start this a few ago but i must i've kept myself busy which is good. Its been 18 days now and its getting easier. I've blocked myself to high heaven which is good otherwise i might gave restarted my downfall!!! I'm reading loads of stories on here and this is helping me a lot. I have to say I'm a bit addicted to Gamcare and need my fix every night. i am committed to keep up eith my diary maybe not everyday as my life is busy luckily.
