Thanks for the support guys it really means a lot. Day 3 complete. Thoughts of sports. Horses names etc but no urge to actually go and gamble. Tomorrow the test will be a bit sturner because it's the weekend but I will stay strong I want to experience life without all that s**t hanging over me. Good night
