Gambled last night yet again. Don't know why as I wasn't even bothered but an advert came on and boom, "let's search for a casino I'm not excluded from". I honestly can't believe there are still some out there I can still gamble with. I've been playing online now for around 10 years and whenever I lose I come off and exclude myself straight away and 10 years down the line I'm still doing it. Granted new casinos are harder to come by but I will always find one, I don't think I've never found one when I'm on a mission to gamble. So Today I've came on here in the hope I can stop for good. I also contacted GAMSTOP and they are going live within a month so here is hoping this will block me and there is no way around it.

Yeah I have read a few and we're all in the same mess. I'm going to see what my shifts are over the coming weeks and get some counseling in. I think it may be good to open up to someone about my gambling and to someone who will listen and understand. I'm going to come on every day and update my days gamble free. My first target is one week and then 2 and hopefully I'll see my days gamble free add up. Hope your doing well and staying positive.

So I've just went and excluded myself from all the bookmakers in my area. in shop gambling isn't my disease but I do sometimes go in and play the slots but not now as I've put the block in place .

I'll find out what shifts I am on over the next few weeks and get some counseling sorted out.
Just phoned up in order to get counceling and I'll get a call back in a few days .
Step3: once GAMSTOP goes live in the next month I will be signing up on the day of it's release to exclude myself from every UK licenced online casino.

I missed the call today from the counceling ppl, I'll phone them tomorrow and get an appointment set up and see how we go from there.
