My life has been like Night and Day since i stopped gambling.
I am thinking more clearly, not in a gambling induced fog like most of my life has been.
I have stopped lying. My life was just one lie after another to cover up gambling which then impacted on every other part of my life.
I have hope. Although i have ran up a lot of debt i am seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. I have something to aim at. It might take a few years, but then i can lead the life i was meant to lead.
I have been getting out and about and not stuck behind a laptop or a sports channel following my bets or panning my next one's to chase my losses.
I just want to urge every person on here who is wanting to or has just stopped gambling to make the decision and to get the help neccesary. It will transform your life. It will give you hope and it will open your eyes to new possibilities and the life you were meant to lead.
