Day round Liverpool today on the ale so really need to be wary and watch for the urges but feeling confident, feeling better about this each day that goes by gamble free and stress free, have a good one everybody

Good day out yesterday and moSt importantly another day gamble free, spending the day with my little lad today

Well done on 2 weeks, that's a fantastic achievement.

Great you're getting out and about, learning to love life again and leaving the horrible gut wrenching feelings behind.

Thanks for the comment steve it's good having the option of getting out and about instead of spending weeks moping about with no money and scrimping around, gonna go fishing today me thinks.

Compulsive gambling becomes a habit, so it becomes a normal thing to do, so the mind just accepts it.

So it's important to occupy the mind with other things, so it realises, that it isn't the normal thing to do and there are many other things we can be doing.

I'm not a fishing man, but I do see it as is one of lifes great escapes, particularly if in a secluded location. It's the sort of activity that can help free the mind of everything else.

Alls well, good day fishing yesterday then a kids party with my lad, good not to be checking horse results and football scores every 2 minutes and actually engaging with people, it's all starting to take shape

Interview went well yesterday and got my little lad staying with me all weekend so here's to another weekend gamble free, have a good one folks

Never posted yesterday because my lad kept me very busy which is what weekends are for not gambling yourself into a nightmare, alls well

Glad you had a gamble free weekend, you're right, kids before wasting time and money gambling.

Still gamble free but must admit the football starting on Saturday is gonna be testing so I'm looking at measures for that before it starts, have a good day everyone and enjoy the sunshine
