Feeling good today. 12 days!!
Clocking up quickly and loving it.

Just enjoyed my bank balance again, never gets old looking at it!

Things are looking up a little with her indoors aswell. Trying so hard to put things right.

She won't admit it but she's very proud of me staying off the machines and not leaving her to pummel them when we went for food together.

Hi people, can i join you please, im on day three and really want to do this. Was thinking this morning if i didnt play the slots for three weeks i would have lots to go play slots with !!! Where did that little gem pop into my head from ? I dont want to save up to go play slots i want never to play slots ever again. Feel like i have an Angel on one shoulder and a Devil on the other. Has anyone else thought like this or am i wierd.

Hi, yes it's a normal thought.
I've had that a few times myself so your not alone.

My esteemed colleague and friend the mixer has set it up and he maintains it facetiously with great detail.

Hi there, and I hope you're OK mate. I hope alls well in your life and that, despite your minor setback, you're coming back stronger.

Believe me, I've had countless relapses in the past so you're not going to see me get all pious and preachy!

Like you, I know what a difficult addiction this is. The 'enemy' is everywhere and if we let are guard down for one moment - kaboom.

Keep in touch if you feel you are able KP. We're still here, nothing's changed, we're still gritting our teeth as we determinedly try, day by day and with sometimes considerable difficulty, to be GF.

In the last two weeks, I've dreamt I've gambled (on old 2p and 10p slots, surreally). Even my own mind is playing horrible tricks.

Keep going mate. We all understand and are rooting for you, and each other.
