(((((((((((((((((((((((((Paul)))))))))))))))))))))))))

Didn't even realize myself how much your absence would affect me. Your post actually brought on some tears to know you're there. Really did miss you. Feeling for and with you. Hang on. We'll get through it. And you didn't gamble! That deserves a huge congrats.

Hi V

Why don't you go on Chat ? ( If your not already). Maybe by talking to folks with similar struggles when they are feeling low would help?

Get those running shoes out of the box!

X

Hi there

hope you are recovering real fast from your case of the crabs (walking sideways that is) and movin on up that volcano again cos the view is just great from up there and you can belch out as much fire and flames as you can, so much better for you than apathy.

Much respect that through all the cr** you have kept the beasties at bay.

Again TY to this wonderful society.

Hello Diary

Interview before work this morning, contract until June but shoot im on my knees and so need a break. A break from work, break from my head, break from my life.

Zero energy in my body or mind and just moving by what little Will I have. Need to find some reserve and practice a battle cry as I venture out of this poky flat into this rat race of a city, going underground with all my little rodent pals.

Arranged a induction for local gym for this Sunday, never arrived to last one, so this time will need to drag this sorry a**e out. Even ironed last night, rather than mad rush in morning, seemed quite therapeutic.

Will have to red bull my self up for this interview.

Hi ho

Hey V,

Little steps forward always better than going round the circles. It is hard to break through, but there is always a way out:)

You are a fighter and don't give up. Life is not as colourful sometimes but we have to keep moving and reaching for that better life.

Hope your interview is a success and you will share some good news:)

Red bull gives you wings lol...hopefully will take you to the gym appointment too;)

take care

Sandra x

Wow... even ironed! Now, that's gotta be my least favourite chore. I always say I'd rather clean 10 toilets than iron one blouse! Have a stack sitting here for a few months now that I'll def have to get at before I go back to work. I'm more of a jeans and t-shirt type. I hope the interview went alright for you. Had I known I would have referred you to a particular link I know of when I need a confidence bolster. Won't post it here because, even though it has nothing to do with gambling directly, they mention it to show an example of risk taking. Anyway, if interested, search for "Amy Cuddy" and "body language" and you'd find a video about 20 min long. It's a vid I show my students after we've learned about hormones... cortisol is a stress hormone (longer term stress, like what we inflict on ourselves). AND I always give them a lot of grief when I see them with energy drinks! lol Anyway... hope your day went alright and glad that you're thinking about exercise. I really believe it can help and should be a little more committed to that myself.

I know those doldrums. So hard to pull out of... Yes, get those running shoes on. Is there any way you could take a little holiday, Paul, or even a weekend away somewhere? If you do end up getting the contract, maybe you could arrange a quick holiday before you start?

ty, ty, ty ,ty

Morning Diary.

Another days holiday on planet Earth. Have a fairly big, busy day to try and get motivated for, yet going through the usual ' how do I get out of this ' thoughts.

Coffee, bath then full steam ahead.

Interview went well on Wednesday, always worried about which Paul was going to turn up, luckily the right one did. Got the offer, accepted then a day later declined, hence burning a bridge in the process. Present company offering me longer contract on hearing news prompting my turn about!

Pastures new Vs devil you know, I took the devil.

Day 83ish, now going to shift this cloud

Have adapted a quotation sent to me

Gambling (some people) is like clouds, when they f**k off you are left to have a brilliant day.

Enjoy

Hey V ..

Sticking with what you know isn't a bad thing especially if other things around you are up in the air...we all need stability right?

Your charging away to a 100 and ticking those days off. You know you can be back in that stable place again as you're doing the legwork xxx

Dots and Pen say wuff xx
