Day 5.

Thanks Mo and Allainepo for the words of encouragement. It really makes such a difference!

Another day to be proud because I did not gamble. Went through the day the same as non-gamblers. No self-hatred & no regrets.

Day 8.

Another day safely navigated.

I always feel overtired & washed out during gambling periods

Sleep is improving & energy levels are picking up

Got to stay strong & focused.

Day 12,

Thanks Deano & Mari,

Very encouraging to log in & see someone has made the effort to post. When we are not gambling, we are much better friends to others and even ourselves. We shut ourselves off to gamble and it just takes over.

Very true Suzy ...I wouldn't even answer my phone when in full swing 🙁

Day 13,

I know what I have to do to put gambling behind me. Every day I don't gamble, I am learning to live without it & the itch to gamble will level off. I don't have to scratch that itch. It will pass & I will be stronger. Let's all stay strong this weekend with all the temptations it brings. Suzy x

Day 15.

Not looking back. Only care about right now and all the tomorrow's gamble free. Different mindset this time around. Never want to gamble again. There's nothing good about gambling if you are not able to stop. Suzy x

Day 17,

I dreamt that I was gambling. So pleased when I woke up to find it was only a bad dream. Life is good. Suzy x
