Right ok here it goes day one on here not had bet for 2 days prior to this though so good start hopefully many more to come want this to work
No bet today even though adds keep poppin up on my Facebook try to entice me seems more and more cos not betting or Is it just me

it is possible to turn off the ads on Facebook, do a quick google search, there are some really good step-by-step guides on how to. The more you are able to stay away from triggers, the safer you will be.
