178 days and fail. Only a little fail but a fail all the same. I soon realised what I was doing and minimised the damage to only 30 quid... Although that's not the point. Back on the horse... Tomorrow and day 1 starts again

23 days gamble free. getting there slowly.... having lots more urges recently for an unknown reason. Have resisted temptation.

Couple of things I would say to myself. How did I gamble? What can I put in place so I don't do it again?
