Thank you. Vinnie just got back from my walk with dogs maggie caught a mouse and molly try to catch a rabbit but thank god she Felled both now sleeping I am having nice coffee and cream chocolate eclair will be n chat later but not tonight as was upset by someone last night I am a genuine person and would never go out of way to offend anyone  I did not sleep much last night thinking about it so you lively and Stephen taking your time to write on in my diary means so much I can feel a tear running down my cheek so thanks again your friend scotty Xx

Hi scotty , my walk with Vinnie was wet one his now asleep to , stinky so looks like it’s bath day  tomorrow. I really can’t be bothered to chase him today round the house with the hairdryer , try not to let chat get to you your a good man don’t let anyone make you feel any different , I’ll nip on at some point in the week at lunch time to catch up I’m going to take a step back from chat to just ain’t the same lately all my love ?

Glad you enjoyed your walk with the dogs. The great outdoors is good for the body, mind and soul. Some of my best moments of clarity are when I am by the harbour wall looking out over the river. 

Sorry you had a seizure, I imagine it would leave you feeling very upset and poorly. I was wondering if anything in particular brings them on or if they occur for no special reason? 

Pleased to see that your recovery is coming along nicely. The gamble-free days soon mount up.

In total  shock tonight just learnt friend of ours was killed by a water buffalo On a farm and two or theirs are in a Critical Condition I was only talking to him on Saturday he was such a caring person it’s things like that  make  my Problems seem so small can’t sleep tonight we are in all in shock

I am so sorry to read about your tragic news and send my deepest condolences. It is very sad to read and I hope you and family are okay and are holding up through this sad time. 

You’re right that others have much bigger problems by comparison and that just makes you realise life should be treasured and not taken for granted.

Thank you for your lovely post on my diary and a huge well done on 60 days - that’s fantastic work!

I hope you and your family are doing well after your sad news and you are able to enjoy a day together today. The weather is glorious so I hope you get to enjoy some of it, along with that vanilla cheesecake you mentioned. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to think of cheesecake or bananas again without laughing my head off.

Scotty I am really proud of your excellent progress in stopping gambling. Well done on 60 days gamble free. 

Was saddened to read of the tragic accident with the water buffalo which resulted in your friend losing his life and his two children being badly injured. I can't imagine what his poor wife is going through!

Hi Scotty hope you have had a good day and everything is good in Wales.

I noticed there was a few more people out and about when I went for my walk. Hopefully things might soon return to some kind of normality.

Well Today’s been bit of up and down day 16 years ago my mum passed way and was just thinking what she would think off me now. we’ll she would not blame me she would proud of me for having 2 lovely girls and a  lovely wife. Well that’s what I hope she would think I thank god for lock down I keep thinking am I being selfish should I have just died and put my this c**P behind me and then I think no you cause this c**P you got to get out of it . I sometimes think you are doing a ok job and bang another seizure   I got a hospital appointment next week  only online So not sure how it will work 63 days gamble free so some good news I think I am over thinking things with not much to do I have got find something else to do I thinking of doing a jigsaw well enough of my rambling take care and stay safe.
