Hi I just had a phone call sister is still in hospital been move to intensive care But only so they can keep a close eye on her her daughter is a nurse but she can’t work now so can’t go to hospital her husband has got it too but not to bad. she is in there on her own we are all praying for and hoping she comes through my brother is keeping us updated no gambling thoughts so that good take care

I’m very sorry to hear about your sister but she’s in the best possible place to be looked after and I hope she makes a full recovery. My thoughts are with you. 

Sorry didn’t get time to catch up on chat but try and come to the 1pm or 3pm chat today. I know stephen and myself will be in the 3pm chat. 

Well done on your progress so far. I know it can be really tough, especially with your own personal circumstances and can’t start to imagine how frustrating it must be at times but you have come this far because you are a fighter. You should be proud of how far you have come!

I hope you are well and sounds like your sister is on the mend which is great news. Sorry to miss you in chat tonight but I am practising my new found cooking skills and been making Chinese for dinner for the past two hours.

Well today is 50 days Gamble free For me which is not been easy better place now than I was I have had a lot of support from gamcare and a lot from my wife which I sometimes think why getting less nightmares now and not getting carried away I got a lot of debt for some strange reason I think I have more money with my illness it’s been hardBecause physio has stopped in a strange way I looked  forward to going I must be one of the few people that lockdown has saved as I know I would not be here now . I got it counsellor from ARA now which is very helpful when I told her I was having slot nightmares she Reassured me I was not going mad she said this is Normal so next target is 60 days which is a first for me as I don’t plan more than a day at a time thanks to everyone for your kind words when I’m in the chat scotty

Well done on 50 days, that’s amazing. Just take it one day at a time and before you know it you’ll be at 60.

Good morning scotty , well done on 50 days ?? your doing really well , I to had slot  dreams at the begin along with really bad headaches mood swings and all sorts after a few weeks they went away was tough at first I dint realise what was happening to me , hopefully catch up with you on chat soon , glad to here you sister is on the mend , ?
