At the mo am ok and feeling robust in my mind. Then I dip after a few days but somehow each dip brings me out in a more positive mode. I'm not unhappy or depressed and don't want to bring other people's moods down either.. Gamcare buddies here are the best. 

Out for a stroll soon in our local lovely park which always cheers

We are due for some really summery weather next week so imagine you will be out walking the dogs most days which is good. Plenty of fun, great exercise and also relaxing.

Well 71 days still gf I had few things I been dealing with not gambling which is good. My health has not been to good my seizures have become a big problem doctors thought I had another stroke  last week so went in to hospital on Friday night (15may) and was very frighting I was let out on Saturday got to wait for some more test they think it’s related to my seizures which are very bad at that the moment about 10 every day so not being doing much and leaves me very drain I have miss the chat but as I have not had the energy to write I am now feeling a lot better But very slow at typing thanks to lively vinnie and Stephen and boo for posting on my diary.      Thanks scotty

Sorry to hear you’ve had a rough week and hope they get to the bottom of it and you are able to get some help. You’ve been missed in chat but looking after yourself needs to be priority number one. 

You do make me laugh when you put your name along with a ? banana ?. It seems to have stuck. Glad you like my choice of song for Stephen’s late night boogie - you are right it is a catchy song that’s sticks in your head and I had great fun picturing Stephen dancing around his living room without a care in the world.
