Won some money and lost it all times 3 when you’re in that zone of gambling you don’t have a clue wants going on need to find a hobby to keep me occupied boredom will kill you either the gambling try to beat it

That is a good idea that you mention, to use a hobby to divert you from gambling.

Our forum members sometimes use the idea of 'ATM' (Access, Time, Money), to consider how to reduce their risk of gambling. For an example, registering with MOSES to reduce the risk of visiting a bookies, spending time at the gym instead of at the bookies, only carrying small amounts of cash to reduce risk of spending at the bookies.
