I am a new member today and have just been reading through your diary Scottyboy. Well done on getting through our first month mate, god knows I know how difficult it is, having tried and failed many, many times over more than 20 years. I hope this site will help me to finally best this demon, once and for all. Once I get familiar with the site and find my way around it I hope to start my own diary and I look forward to the day I can say I am a month away from a bet and hopefully a whole lot longer thereafter.

Hi guys not bn on in a while and have messed things up 🙁 after 7weeks bet free I got caught off guard,went out for drink and stupidly took bankcard with me on sun and lost 550 so angry with myself.lifted 500 from overdraft today thinking I could win it back,bet 25 of it thought no way can I go down this road so went put it right back in bank.its day 1 again tomorrow is start my new journey of bn bet free.
