Anyone who is determined to abstain from gambling is more than welcome to be part of any thread I moderate. I will add you to the list in a moment. Check ins are on a Monday. Some people like to do double check ins to retain focus. If you want to do that they are on Fridays. The thread ends on New Years Eve and it would be a massive achievement to reach the end. A great platform to make 2013 a much much better year.

Just popping by to offer my support. I have been in the same place as you....I did learn that I can't even bet £20 without it spiralling out of control and now know that I have to never gamble again. You'll probably be feeling awful but the good thing is that you have come back on here. You did 7 weeks so you proved that you can change things. Find that inner strength Scotty...you can do this you really can!

Nearly through my 1st weekend betfree jst said to,wife to be.al go out get takeaway for us.that normally ment a trip to bookies for coupon but not tonight! 😉 home with a smile and enjoyed my dinner instead of thinking bout what ad lost half hour before or what I was due to lose.
