I did bet on the champions league y`day,i didnt enjoy watching one bit,my stomach was in knots all thro the games,until the enivtable happened and i lost! A good thing,it means im back on this site more determined than ever to quit once and for all.
One thing ive learnt through my numerous attempts to give up is to totally block any outlets to gamble,ive kept leaving doors open,but not this time.

Its great to just enjoy the game for what it is a game of footie and not a chance to lose some money, its so much more enjoyable that way and you watch and appreciate the match rather than watch the clock or the score.

If you had of put that bet on and even it won...within hours or even minutes you would of been putting your winnings onto something else and eventually you would lose and then the chase begins...I think u know this already!

Day 8 with one of the worse hangovers ever lol was at family funeral 🙁 everyone talking bout horse racing and football coupons,was getting worried as 2 shops wer 100yards from hotel I was in after funeral but managed to keep my mind on drink only and remained gamble free :-):-) atleast am ill but still have money.time to go out for some lunch keep my mind away from racing and football.
