well, a slip up! May as well be straight & honest.....very disappointed in myself, but start again!
What happened bruv...thought you had it beat maybe?

Sorry to hear this deaney. Hope you're ok.
After 217 days, just had a moment of madness...had a hospital appointment that went wrong, thought I was in for something entirely different, that got me annoyed, my phone upgraded to IOS9 & locked the screen so had to go to the apple shop in town to sort that one out, which is spitting distance from the dreaded casino I frequented...it all came back as if I'd never stopped! £500 and an hour later, I realised what a fool I was, so it's back to day 2 now! Debit card back to the wife and number changed, the horrible feelings of guilt and anger at ones self....but challenge time again! I love a challenge!!! Cheers for your support, I thought I had it beat, but I'm fine, positive, determined & buoyant...here I go again!
Dean.
Fella addiction will live within us for life, a five hundred pound lesson my friend and I am guessing that is your daily withdrawal limit?
Get yourself excluded from that casino and learn a valuable lesson
I have learnt a great deal since I did much the same, I hope that you commit wholly to recovery as your life choice again.
Abstain and maintain
Duncs stepping forward never back.
Thanks Duncs, you're right £500 daily limit, exclude myself is next in the list when I venture that way again, ( I've stayed away on purpose to ignore the demons!) but I'm strong enough to do it! The wife will be there as a precaution!
