Ask yourself this question. If you won 200 pounds 10 times how many times would you walk away with the money? See we have managed to program ourselves into an addicted behaviour and if that behaviour is that you waste that cash come what may, the chances are that you will do the same tomorrow and the next day and the next.
Many people in this forum including myself have asked the "what if I" only question. If I could only make that 200 into 2000 so i could pay this that and the other etc. So of we go and repeat the actions again and again till it sticks even harder. That will then turn into a natural "dump it all behaviour" wich sticks till you have lost all respect for yourself and for your money. And god forbid you get that big win because that will just make it worse.
Stop trusting your gambler. He is a liar and a cheat and he will trick you from here to next Sunday. Start looking to do the practical things. See a therapist. Change your daily routines. Get exercise etc. To get change YOU have to change, to get better YOU have to get better. So take charge now.
