That's my girl!! Well done for resisting all round..

Your friend spent 100's in a £70 jackpot machine.. what's the point eh? Sooo glad you spent your money on yourself and your little girl.

I managed to do a little shopping too but like you, spent more on my godson than myself.. but he's worth it!

Enjoy the rest of your weekend buddy xxx

Really pleased you had a good day Lotte. Did well to see gambling from the other side, feel a tiny bit sorry for your boyfriend tho', girls and shoes, never could understand it, my last partner had so many shoes I thought she was a centipede, ran off with some fella who worked in A shoe shop, don't know why, discount I s'pose..... Anyway take care and well done today. Steve

I don't read as much as I used to but still look out for names and hope they're still going well. Looks like you are in a good space at present so long may it last. Glad the days are being spent doing nice things with your nearest and dearest.

Take care

Hi Charlotte,

Well done, you continue to grow and make better choices one day at a time. That is all there is to it! : )

You know the right formula now, there is no stopping you!

Take care,

PS - my husband has been patiently shoe shopping with me this morning, bless him. He does not get it at all! hahahaha!

Hi Charlotte, thanks for popping in on mine, your compliments are a huge boost to me.

You are doing an amazing job, and well done you for staying on the outside and looking in yesterday. If only your friend could have an out of body experience, and see the gambling from your vantage point, she would see what a great view you have. My heart goes out to those who now chuck their every last dime into gambling, we know the feeling, if only they could share our new feeling, its so much better. One day maybe u think ? (for ur friend)

Anyway lovey, keep up the fantastic work and keep inspiring 🙂

All the best

Cameron

Think you needed the rest after last week if you do not mind me saying.

Even grown ups need a bit of spoiling from mum and dad.

Now then, thank you for keeping an eye out for my pumps, but think we may need to change that to wellies ,lol

I've been sooo busy 2day, no gambling 🙂

Saw this poem earlier, quite liked it!

When you Really want something

sometimes you have to swim a little

deeper...You can't give up just

because things dont turn out easy...

You have to overcome obstacles

and face your fears...

But in the end, it's all worthwhile

Life is full of ups and downs

but if u believe in yourself

you will always come through with

flying colors... Value friendship

love and faith... Never

understimate yourself

Believe in yourself...! ! !

Anyway, hope everyone else is doing well xx

Good evening petal,

What a great poem! Lovely words and so true! Let's make a pact to remember the words whenever we are feeling down or weak throughout this recovery, yeah? 🙂

I've had a very busy day again.. a lot on at work and then rushed to a friend's place to watch the footy.. lots of pizza and beer.. completely cream crackered now!

Am off to the land of nod....!

Hope you've had a good day buddy xxxx
