Hi murlo , sorry to here you’ve had a mixed day , you have got this, I’ve never met anyone as strong and as caring as you , we are all here for wen u need us like you are for us , even with everything that’s going on you always reach out , get a cuppa ready for chat we can have a typo comp I’m sure I’m winning upto now tho ??‍♀️ All my love ?

Evening diary,

I wasn’t planning on posting again today but I have done a lot of thinking this evening. I have had 3 messages from various people who are looking after my health and well-being. It kind of brings it home to me how they each help keep me safe and well, and that is what I get from here too. I will be ok. I have had some difficult questions thrown at me about whether I have made the right choice to care for my friend at home. Now that I understand that this was in concern for my own well-being, I can deal with it. I just need to keep reminding myself that I am self aware and that I have so many people that I can literally call on if I feel a crisis coming on. I have never had that before.

I'm so pleased to read that you feel you have plenty of support around you. It makes all the difference. Also, that checking in with yourself, making sure you have the resources to cope before making a commitment, brilliant habit that will serve you well.

Thanks for dropping by on my diary. I truly don't expect people to and don't expect anything from other members here. My reasons for feeling this isn't a place that is good for me, come entirely from another source. Like, 100% Nothing too do with any of you lovely lot.

thank you to all who have visited my diary and posted messages of support, I am really touched xx

I managed a bit of sleep last night. Just resting in bed having a cuppa before getting the day underway. I have counselling this afternoon and I am looking forward to that. Another beautiful morning here so I will make the  most of it x

If I don’t appear on here for a while or pop into the chatroom, please do not be concerned. I am going to heed some advice for a change.
