Get well soon pk.

Day 61 still not gambled, 13 days to payday which is my next target.

Been thinking a lot about how different things could have been if I didn't start gambling all those years ago. but I guess I'll never know. Time to plan for the future I think. I will not gamble today.

Day 68, just 6 days to my next goal.

I won't get the chance to fall off the wagon today. The missus has me working in the house all day.

Starting to think much less about gambling now, when I used to drive home from work was always the worst for me. I used to find it almost impossible to go straight home. Now I don't even think about going to play the fobt's

Today I will not gamble

Well done on 64 days, over two months!

Just think about how you felt 64 days ago and how you feel right now.

And also how you will feel in 64 days' time, just before Christmas!

Thanks GT, the end of this year is going to be my next target.

It feels good not having those urges, and feelings of regret when you lose. And struggling through the month on a shoe string.

Makes you wonder why we did it.

Day 69 tomorrow, soon be xmas.

Day 75

Still not gambled. It's getting a lot easier, still reading posts on here for inspiration.

I'm off work this week so will be a big test to keep out the bookies.

Day 77, Still not gambled.

Off for a swim shortly, put a bit of eight on recently. Think I'm comfort eating to mask the pain.

Day 89 PK, 11 more days for the big 100

It's not been easy the last couple of days, had a £1000 put in my bank for a PPI claim which was a nice surprise cos I didn't even make a claim. A few months ago that would have been gone by now, but I have just used it to pay off my credit cards. And get the wife some new shoes.

So I feel good about that, cos should help my credit score a little bit as that was one of the negatives, my spend was close to the limits. Still feeling positive.
