Day 91, down to single figures waiting for the big 100.
Going to start going swimming again today, not been for a couple of weeks, but i need to lose some weight. Starting to feel bad about how much weight I've put on, I don't want to get to bad that I start gambling again cos I'm depressed.
Day 98, still not gambled

Day 99, still going strong!
Got my daughters xmas presents sorted yesterday. That wouldn't have happened this time last year. Starting to feel so much better than before. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Sleeping better, got spare cash. Life's good for a change.

Well day 100, who'd have thought I'd get this far.
For someone who has never gone longer than a week without gambling in the last 20 years, I think I've done pretty well.
Thanks t2 for your support, I think this Christmas will be the best for a while.

Been really busy at work and that's helped keep me out of the bookies.

Always been a difficult day for me as its the day I normally do the most damage.
But not today I am not going to be beaten by this.

Still gamble free, not long to the end of the year and my next goal.
