I have to change my ways before I lose everything

No one sets out to destroy their lives and families with this addiction. There is a solution but it isn't found in an instant. It is dealing with life on life's terms and taking it very easy on yourself. Put safeguards in place and speak openly with someone you can trust. Recovery is there if you want it but you really need to be sick and tired of being sick and tired and you will move forward with your life. Hope you find some peace of mind real soon

Thanks folks believe me I am ready to change|! I need a complete lifestyle change because gambling has dictated all aspects of my life over the last ten years - sneaking around lying to cover my tracks! I am sick of it and want the life I deserve I work hard and want to make more of my income for my family.

This is the first day of the rest of my life! No complacency just beat it one day at a time! My wife and kids mean more to me than life itself!
