On day 12, not been able too get on as I have really busy. Still gamble free. The past few days have been hard as I have been back home from work for a few days an there is bookmakers every where. Watching football is hard with your mates when they are all putting bets on it gives you a lot of urges. I never gave in thankfully not saying I never thought about it thou. Still waking up every morning an admitting too myself my gambling problems is helping. Staying strong an positive. Moving forward never back
