Hoping that everything is going well for you and that you are continuing the rebuild of your life. A rebuild that will be better and more solid than before. The learning we have developed over the past while is an expensive but invaluable lesson.

well it has been a long time since i posted on my diary. Many many thanks as always for your well wishes. (Jeff i thought i was sneaking away quietly too ! Lol)

holiday a distant memory now and still read these pages regular to keep up my daily medicine but nothing much on my diary to report.

Today i wont bet tomorrow i wont bet. This can be done folks.never give up giving up. I thought would never beat this but every day without a bet is a WINNING bet against those greedy people as the money is SAFE in MY pockets !! Why not join me one day at a time as it CAN be life changing for the better 🙂

Still hold that last betting slip to remind me of darkest days and believe me they were but am determined to firmly keep them in the distant past now.

I know that the likes of yourself and Jeff do not post as much these days but whenever you do it brings a real sense of warmth. It is great to see you both approaching 2 years gamble free and in the knowledge that you have taken time to help so many others along the way.

Hi wp, I posted on your diary yesterday but it doesn't appear to have updated...maybe it was the train, maybe it was moderation...who knows! Great to see you getting your life back on track. It seems a long time ago in those dark days when you were giving me a few home truths (and support) to get me through some of the darker sides of my recovery. Keep enjoying life and your family and keep in touch even if it's every 6 months. Thanks again Russ

as always posts well appreciated. .Lol Jeff you beat me to the 1700th post on my diary and are more optimistic than me for the outcome of the match. Its on Bbc 2 or sky channel 971 for anyone interested by the way 😉 anyways just quick update all is still gamble free for me. Odaat as always as no two days are the same. When i started this diary a good piece of advice was to look forward and not back as Whats gone is gone . True words i just wish a certain female of mine would do that at times as its always haunting away at me. Anyways as i said a quick post to say still bet free and still reading the odd diary. many thanks Brian and Freda. Its been a month since i last posted but posting today maybes at regular interval should the need occur. Today involves a lot of drink and something else to which regular readers may guess Where im going. I did it last year with a fanfare but Dont feel the need this year. Anyway today i wont bet tomorrow i wont bet. We can do this folks. Believe 🙂
