My diary, gambling free from 1st Dec 2016

Change - you are keeping strong and that is brilliant. Keep it going, how many days now!

KP - our bank balances should be noticeably improving. All of a sudden, there is a bit of free cash floating around. What a feeling!

Katiecoo - we are steaming it and will continue to make huge inroads as we kiss goodbye to misery and say hello to a happier, more interesting, life at-peace ahead!

I notice you are on Day 74. What can I say, except - brilliant. Keep it going. Every day, you can count on mine and so many good people on here's support!

I have taken the time to read your diary and can see your drive and positivity in everything you write.

Dont lose that feeling, i grasped it two months ago, and have nurtured it and helped it grow inside me.

Things can and do start to turn around with positive thought.

Hi KP, hope all's well with you and yours. Take it easy and keep strong!

Right, off to my counselling. 2nd appt of 13. A round trip of 2 and a half hours all for a 50 minute appointment. Worth it? Absolutely.

I have promised my counsellor I am not going to gamble whilst I'm on these visits. She is taking the time out for me, Gamcare is funding it all. It would be bad form, discourteous and unacceptable to let her and Gamcare down. So I will stick to my word.
