I always think we are tested this way and it happens when we least expect it....good you were on form too and with your friends around you.

Day 12....Can't believe i'm saying that!

Firstly thank you all so much for the lovely comments, it really does mean the world to me!!

I am just going to update my diary today and will catch up with everyone elses tomorrow......My daughter has truly tired me out.... (shes only 19) god what stamina she has!

Had a real freak out moment on the way there though...Used my cash card in the machine, first time since my big blow out...honestly thought I had £200 in there...what did it tell me £4.95....wanted to cry, must of spent even more than the £2,000!!

I was devastated.....This just goes to show how manic we are in our slot frenzie.....God I felt so ashamed with myself.

Anyway past is past and this has made me even more determined than ever to beat this!

Please if anybody is reading this and not joined this site DO IT!!............I put it off for far too long, would of saved my self thousands!

My diary.......my saviour!

Anyway had my credit card so it wasn't the end of the world!

Back to my daughter....she lives 2 hours drive from me.....Her father left when she was 4 but at 9 took her away from me....This broke my heart. I did fight it in court but they felt he could provide her with a better life!

I went into emotional breakdown after this, found it really difficult to have any type of relationship with her. Fast forward, we have worked so hard now to restore our relationship.......And guess what.....It couldnt get any better now!!

Had the most Amazing time with her...We cried together and felt each others pain........Consequence....Am the happiest mum in the world now!!

Sue....Very strong...Catch up tomorrow with all your diarys!

Thanks to everyone who is supporting me....special mention to Dave...no more...

You will always be 2 days ahead of me...If I was a gambler I would bet on it...LOL

Wow can't believe how far I have come in 2 weeks....14 days today...As Elizabeth says tra la la la la!

Am so enjoying my week off this week as was a bit like a walking zombie. I have so much energy now. Don't know if it's because i'm not constantly on the slots, stressing, waiting for the next big win so we can stop.

Had another lovely day yesterday, met my bestie friend and we sat in pub garden drinking pimms ....I freekin love pimms in the summer! We talked and talked...she is so happy with my recovery.

Am also so happy that me and my baby gal getting on so well...It's made my heart want to burst......2 weeks ago I could never had said that!

Please all you gamblers out there think of what you are missing out on....Gambling just takes over your life and stops you feeling normal emotions.

I had a moment today........Got paid, needed my card...mum out......Hmmmmmm......Could of gambled....did I...Not a chance. Gave it a thought for all of 30 seconds
